We are proud to have our full-time Head Roaster, Frank Cianciulli, working everyday to bring us the highest quality beans. After 8,000+ hours of roasting experience all whilst collecting & analyzing years of data, he has perfected the roasting time and temperature to bring out the most flavor in each bean.
